Hi Jen,

This za looks amazing! Can I share your recipe on our community billboard? There are a couple of health nuts there that I'm sure will appreciate this. Will put your website up there as source of course.

Also, regarding vitamin k, I would recommend natto. Doesn't taste good and smells much worse but it'll do the trick. It's been a part of my diet ever since reading about it here: http://products.mercola.com/vitamin-k/

Thanks!

Yeppers - it is changing the way people blog. I write an in-dpeth article about it, which came about from a comment I left on Living Locurto's "Pinterest is Changing the Way I Blog" -- her post was very informative. I am a photographer who has dealt with this issue and it is exhausting. There are so many others who are dealing with this, as well. And unfortantlently, there is a lot of, "Oh well" and "I didn't know the original source." http://memomuse.wordpress.com/2012/04/27/buck-like-bodacious/

This seems like a lot more work than my current favorite which is Trader Joe's oatmeal (no other brand comes close) with dried Cranberry (Craisins) with all the accoutrement like fruit and almonds and flaxseed. I will say that your enthusiasm has piqued my interest and so I think I will try this. Thank you for taking the time with so much detail.
