Wegman’s has a fine selection, and I’m sure some of the area coffee shops (Funk n’ Waffles, Kind Coffee, etc.) have a decent array. Good luck!

The softest tannins I’ve ever tasted, no back palate roughness at all even without milk.

Also, T2 here makes an amazing “Creme Brulee” tea – black tea with vanilla and caramel and the Royal Chrysanthemum Bud tea is incredible too. Check out their (new annoying flash-driven) site: http://www.t2tea.com.au.
